ANALYSIS ON SMALL PEASANT HOUSEHOLD REVITALIZATION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE RURAL REVITALIZATION STRATEGY

Abstract Farmers are the most important interest and value subject of rural revitalization, as well as the subject of constructing the rural regional system function-structure and form. Small farmer revitalization is to adapt to economic form, regional structure and function of current rural regional system, urban-rural regional system. Based on the concept of small farmer connotation, we analyzed the symbol of small farmers and rural prosperity coupling relations, the revitalization of a coupling relationship with the development of urban and rural areas. Moreover, we proposed a frame of undertaking researches of small farmer revitalization., First of all, we should make clear about transformation developments, components, function, structure, development patterns as well as farmers living types of urban and rural areas before small farmer revitalization. And then, carry out small farmer revitalization according to different scales of village domain, rural regional system and rural regional. Therefore, we should carry out small farmer revitalization in aspects of structure function of rural regional system, rural social function, and rural ecological environment organization.
